🔄 Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.

  • Certain products such as opened software, hygiene-related items (e.g., earphones), or clearance sale items are non-returnable unless defective.


💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).


🔁 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • For exchanges, please contact us with a photo and description of the issue.
